E-911 Service Board

The Dickinson County E-911 Service Board is made up of elected and appointed individuals from the following communities: Arnolds Park, Lake Park, Milford, Okoboji, Spirit Lake, Superior, Terril and Dickinson County. The following persons represent these entities on the Dickinson County E-911 Service Board:

  • Arnolds Park: Al Krueger
  • Lake Park: John Engel
  • Milford: Todd Schillinger
  • Okoboji: Jim Delperdang
  • Spirit Lake: Jerry Harbst
  • Superior: Everett Houge
  • Terril: Tim Fairchild
  • Dickinson County: Paul Johnson (Board of Supervisors)
    Greg Baloun (Sheriff - non-voting)


Need a 9-1-1 Address?

To obtain a new 911 address, please download the 911 Address Application Form, fill it out, and return to the 911 office with payment. Addresses are needed prior to obtaining building permits and requesting utility installations.
