 Mills / Lawler arrested on drug charges
DCSO arrested two on drug charges October 26 2009. The arrests stem from a traffic stop on
Hwy 9 near the intersection with Peoria Ave in Spirit Lake. A green leaf-like substance believed
to be marijuana was found on a vehicle search. Drew Mills (27) of Spirit Lake and Emily Lawler
(20) of Spirit Lake were both arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance
and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mills was also cited for expired registration.
MIlls and Lawler were booked into the Dickinson County Jail.
All persons are innocent until proven guilty.
