 Snowmobile Accident
The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance with an incident that
occurred on Wednesday afternoon. Around 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 16th, a female
was involved in a snowmobile accident somewhere on Highway 9 East of Spirit Lake. The
female was transported to Lakes Regional Hospital by a third party private vehicle and then life
flighted to the Sioux Falls Hospital, due to extensive injuries. The female was unable to give any
information on the incident. If anyone has any information on the individuals involved or the
